Do you want something that’s not on the menu or you don’t want it exactly like it’s described? Large order or small, we will customize each menu for you. If your boss only drinks organic lemonade let us know and we will get it. If you only have a couple vegetarians in a meeting, we will make special meals labeled just for them.  Of course, if you just want 20 box lunches by 11:30 tomorrow and you don’t want to pick the assortment, we will be happy to do that for you to!

• We always label all box lunches and box salads for free! If you want to provide us with names, we will label the boxes with those, otherwise we label with the type of sandwich or salad.
• Minimum orders M-F are for 10-12 people. Minimum order on Weekends and after 4pm is $500 or approval on case-by-case basis.
• Payments can be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or Discover, and must be paid in full prior to or upon delivery of food. Some orders may require a deposit when order is placed.
• Orders should be placed at least 24-48 hours before your party; last minute orders will be considered and accepted if at all possible. For full-service events we would like as much notice as possible and we limit the number of larger events we will do per day.
• We can provide rental items, bar service and servers upon request for applicable costs.
• We do not automatically add gratuities or service charges to orders. Tips are greatly appreciated but we feel that gratuities, like standing ovations, should be something you give to reward great performance and service. This is for you to decide, not us. Customary gratuities range from 10-20%.

• All of our catering trays and bowls are re-usable and/or recyclable.
• Whenever possible we buy products made out of recycled materials and manufactured in the USA, that still look great and function well.
• If you are within a short drive* of either of our locations (or by special arrangement) we can easily use re-usable baskets, bowls, trays and tableware for your meetings or events and pick them up again.
• For Hot food we use recyclable hot boxes or green-certified sterno to keep food hot.

* Short drive boundary is approximately: Earth City, Maryland Heights, Creve Coeur; delivery fee varies. Outside of this area, for a set fee, we can arrange for a server to stay during your meeting and clean-up after, reducing the number of trips made and therefore the carbon footprint of your meeting and usually reducing the delivery fee!
